Today, Apple took another step in killing the PC market by announcing their newest line of iPads. The company upgraded its iPad Mini, with higher-resolution display. Also, the larger iPad has been renamed the iPad Air, because it has a slimmer design and lost weight.
Back in 2010 the late Steve Jobs predicted the demise of PC's, "When we were an agrarian nation, all cars were trucks, because that's what you needed on the farm. As cars became faster and easier to use, trucks became passe." In 2012, nearly 120 million tablets were shipped. That number is up just about seven times more than in 2010.
