APPLICATION:
Rear cable distribution, bundle support and strain relief near the cable termination on 19" equipment racks. Designed for use with most tie-wrapping techniques used at the rear of equipment and wall-mounted racks.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS:
Requires tooled mounting holes at the rear of 19" EIA rack.
Can be mounted three ways—with tray oriented up/out, up/in,or down/out—to accommodate the routing pattern of the cable bundle(s).
Position behind front patch cord organizers (not equipped with rear management), or at intervals behind large panel configurations (32-96 ports).
Use as a multi-purpose cable support for most any cabinet enclosure or equipment rack application.
More economical than integrated front/rear wire managers.

INSTALLATION NOTES:
The bracket can be positioned and cable bundle(s) secured before or after cables are terminated. Anticipate location of bracket when terminating cables.

TYPICAL SPECIFICATION:
The cable support shall provide support, strain relief, and facilitate distribution for horizontal cables being terminated onto the back of patch panels mounted on 19" racks. The cable support shall be rigid enough to support the weight of up to forty eight (48)24 AWG 4 pair cables. The cable support/tie wrap bar shall provide at least ten (10) quick-insert type anchor slots which accept tie wraps and velcro wraps up to one inch wide. The support bar shall provide the ability when terminating cables to mount in at least three orientations to support multiple cable routing patterns. The support shall allow the bend radius of the cables to be maintained. The material shall be .060" steel with black powder coat. The cable support/tie wrap bar shall mount to the back of a standard equipment rack.
